She began her career at Boeing and spent 15 years in various proposal, senior financial analyst, and IT program management roles. Kim also invested over five years as a business owner of a Rocky Mountain Christian Business Directory franchise start-up which was successfully sold. Then 10 years spent with various Fortune 500 companies growing through restructuring and acquisitions. Kim led high-profile financial planning, analysis, and technology teams in matrix organizations ($3B-$12B in revenues). P&L ownership included managing $1B+ technology spend and capital plan assets while executing successful strategic M&A integrations and complex business transformation initiatives, programs, and projects. In 2011 she was recruited to a SMB focused on corporate social responsibility in the National Park Service industry to facilitate business development and M&A activities growing revenues by more than 50% in three years.
