MICHAEL DUKE
Territory Served
Michael Duke has served as a C12 Chair in Central Kentucky since 2026, leading groups in the Louisville and Lexington markets. He is passionate about helping Christian business owners build great businesses for a greater purpose—advancing the Gospel through the marketplace.
Michael’s calling to ministry began early when he was asked by the elders of his home church to pastor a rural Kentucky congregation. That season shaped his lifelong commitment to shepherding leaders, teaching Scripture, and strengthening the local church.
He later transitioned into business, where he held senior leadership roles with a national hardware company and AutoTrader. Along the way, he led multi-state teams, launched new markets, turned around underperforming regions, and helped navigate significant growth and complexity. He eventually returned to Kentucky, building and selling his own firm before spending over two decades coaching business owners and executives through growth, leadership challenges, and economic cycles.
In 2017, Michael became a Chair with Vistage, where he led CEO and executive groups and invested deeply in developing high-capacity leaders.
Throughout his career, Michael has remained active in ministry—preaching, teaching, and serving as a deacon at Shelby Christian Church. He is also the author of two leadership books and has trained leaders nationally on topics such as accountability, team performance, and difficult conversations.
Michael and his wife, Christine, have been married for 14 years and are blessed with a blended family of five sons and ten grandchildren.
Michael’s life and work reflect a simple calling: to help others become the leaders God created them to be.
