MARK MCELROY
Mark McElroy has been integrating faith and business leadership his entire career. He prepared for a career in Christian higher education with an earned seminary Ph.D. focusing on how we learn and behave as the church. This became a unique platform for success as a leader in the marketplace. Over a twenty-five-plus-year career, he has launched, scaled, and operated a number of businesses in diverse industries. His leadership experience includes roles in vocational ministry, Christian publishing, economic development research, public policy advocacy, nonprofit leadership, broadband market stimulation, community planning, agricultural research, behavioral health, adult education, human resources, and strategic planning. Clients served to include the U.S. Dept of Commerce, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Texas Department of Agriculture, and many other state government entities along with faith-based addiction recovery programs, Christian publishers, denominations, and churches. Mark and his wife, DeAnn, live just outside of Bowling Green, KY on their family farm. They have two adult children.
“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
