Mike Vogt is a Chair with C12 in Music City (Nashville) Tennessee.

Mike brings over 30 years of franchising history and experience with him. Franchise insiders would classify him as an amphibian, having performed at a high level both at the franchisee level and at the franchisor level. His franchising journey began back in 1995 when he was recruited to join College Pro Painters as a franchisee running a summer painting business. This first taste of small business at the age of 21 unlocked a passion to compete in the marketplace that has never diminished.

After two summers of functioning as a franchisee, Mike joined College Pro Painters corporate to both recruit and train summer franchise managers to succeed. After College Pro, Mike relocated to Southern California to join Certa Pro Painters as a franchise recruiter and several years later he relocated to Nashville Tennessee to purchase the California Closets franchise in middle Tennessee. Twelve years after purchasing California Closets, Mike sold the franchise and took several years off to travel and teach at international Bible Schools. In 2018 he joined the corporate team of Floor Coverings International to become an operations coach for some of the largest businesses in their system and would remain there until 2024.

Mike’s Christian journey began in 1995 when he heard the gospel for the first time and received Christ. He would do formal schooling to become grounded in his faith through Torchbearers International Bible School in Sweden and later would go on to complete a Master’s degree in Christian Apologetics through Biola University.

Mike loves to both learn and teach within the realms of business and ministry and is passionate about the synthesis of the two subjects. Mike is an elder at his church, is married to Lyn and they have two grown daughters attending university at this time.
