TIMOTHY MORGAN

Timothy Morgan serves as C12 Chair with a forum in Southern Oregon primarily focused on the Medford, Grants Pass, and neighboring cities in the region. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving over 4,500 members throughout the United States and internationally.

Timothy has been serving as a Chair since 2025 and currently serves seven members in one CEO forum. Collectively, members in Timothy’s forum generate approximately $95M in revenue and employ over 200 people in Southern Oregon and various locations in California. With plans to add a second forum within 18 months, he is excited for the opportunity to grow Kingdom Impact.

Prior to joining C12, Timothy served as Founder and Fractional Chief Marketing Officer in his own marketing advisory firm, responsible for client growth strategy, prospecting, and assembling project teams from a pool of nearly 200 members through the Giver Marketing Network. Under his leadership, he facilitated executive briefings, training sessions, and led high-value meetings with over 1,000 business leaders.

His background includes experience as a marketing coach, spearheading mission-oriented initiatives and LinkedIn-enabled business development. As a faith driven entrepreneur his entire life, he understands the Business as a Ministry (BaaM) concept to his core and could not be more excited to equip Christian CEOs and owners in Southern Oregon to build great businesses for a greater purpose.

Timothy is actively involved in the community serving on the board of various non-profit organizations including Ethos Project and his local Chamber of Commerce. Living in Coquille with his wife Rebecca Morgan makes for a peaceful but full life. Their five children and one grandchild can generally be found somewhere in Oregon or California at any given time.

Timothy’s life verse is, Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
