Troy Renfrow serves as Chair with C12 Business Forums in Central Florida. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,200 members throughout the United States and internationally. Troy has been serving as a C12 Chair since 2024 and currently serves five members in one CEO forum and one Key Player forum.

Prior to joining C12, Troy has been a business owner, held an executive position in a multi-billion-dollar corporation, played various roles in a few start-ups, overseen operations in hyper-growth companies, worked within diverse entrepreneurial environments, and actively served on multiple boards. Throughout Troy’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the area of operations and managing high growth in business. Troy lives in Winter Springs, Florida with his wife Rebekah. They have four children, Kelsey, Spencer, Tyler and Micah, and three grandchildren.
