His leadership experience includes roles in vocational ministry, Christian publishing, economic development research, public policy advocacy, nonprofit leadership, broadband market stimulation, community planning, agricultural research, behavioral health, adult education, human resources, and strategic planning. Clients served to include the U.S. Dept of Commerce, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Texas Department of Agriculture, and many other state government entities along with faith-based addiction recovery programs, Christian publishers, denominations, and churches. Mark and his wife, DeAnn, live just outside of Bowling Green, KY on their family farm. They have two adult children.
