It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn’t have to be.

We know leaders limit their potential when they lead from isolation. But, when surrounded by trusted advisors with a common goal and a biblical worldview, they can maximize performance and energize cultures. With faith as the foundation, this powerful group of peers meet in an exclusive, confidential forums around Sacramento, to have their questions answered and their answers questioned.

CHRIS ORECCHIO

Chris Orecchio brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the healthcare sector—building, buying, and selling contract companies, private practices, and home health agencies. He even ventured into the restaurant world and later into the collision repair industry, gaining an eclectic range of experience and a front-row seat to both breakthrough and burnout. Through successes and setbacks, Chris has learned what it truly takes to lead people and build organizations aligned around a common purpose. With deep experience in launching startups, leading complex teams, and navigating the pressures of ownership, Chris developed not just conviction—but a calling. That calling led him to C12, where he now serves leaders pursuing great businesses for a greater purpose—built on eternal values and lived out in real-world decisions. Chris holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Sports Medicine from Marietta College and Physical Therapy from The Ohio University. He serves on the Leadership Board of Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC) in Columbus, Ohio, where he also co-facilitates a Trusted Advisor Forum and mentors aspiring Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs. Chris has been married to his high school sweetheart, Deborah, for 36 years. Together they’ve raised three fantastic adult children—each married to wonderful spouses—and are now known as JoJo and Nonno to two amazing grandchildren.

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
