PAUL SCIANNA

Paul’s career has taken him from the corner offices of Fortune 500 companies to the halls of Congress to the front lines of America’s efforts to restore its global competitiveness. He began his professional career working for Ewing Kauffman’s Marion Laboratories where he quickly became a top salesperson. He held various management positions in pharmaceutical and medical services industries before purchasing a Kansas City-based independent insurance agency. He subsequently co-founded and served as executive director of a state-based public policy organization associated with Focus on the Family and the Family Research Council. Sensing a call from God, Paul reentered the corporate world and has had the privilege of working in or with most every major corporation in the Kansas City region. All of his business and professional accomplishments pale in comparison to the joy he derives from being with his wife, Paige, and their family. They have three grown children and four grandchildren, so his most coveted title is that of “Papa.” Paul’s life verse can be found in the words of his namesake, the Apostle Paul: I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20 ESV)

LAFE BAILEY

Lafe Nolan Bailey is a seasoned business leader from Sabetha, Kansas, with over three decades of executive experience in global manufacturing. As the former CEO of Wenger Manufacturing, Inc., Mr. Bailey stewarded the company to become a worldwide industry leader, achieving 6.8% compound annual revenue growth and expanding the organization from 120 to more than 500 employees across multiple continents. Under his leadership, Wenger Manufacturing established itself as the premier global brand in its sector while maintaining strong values-based corporate culture. Mr. Bailey successfully navigated both the company’s strategic transition through a complex family business succession and simultaneously managed significant personal challenges. His business acumen was influenced by several generations of entrepreneurial leadership, particularly his maternal grandfather, Louis Wenger. The elder Wenger’s legacy of integrating faith-based principles with business excellence helped shape the company’s enduring corporate philosophy and values. Today, as a widower, Mr. Bailey continues to build on this legacy as a father of four and grandfather of five, bringing his wealth of experience in family business dynamics, strategic leadership, and values-based management to new endeavors.

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
