Tripp has lived in the Piedmont Triad Area since 1990 and loves it enough to hope he, his wife, and two children never have to leave. Since graduating college, he has spent his working years with almost equal time in both business and ministry. He has helped in the startup phase of four small businesses in Greensboro and has 12 years of experience in the startup and management of these entities. His ministry experience includes 13 years of full-time ministry in two local churches, as well as helping in the startup of a church-based discipleship program that still serves young professionals today. Tripp has a B.A. in Religious Studies from Gardner-Webb University and an M.A. in Christian Leadership from Multnomah Seminary.
