It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn’t have to be.

We know leaders limit their potential when they lead from isolation. But, when surrounded by trusted advisors with a common goal and a biblical worldview, they can maximize performance and energize cultures. With faith as the foundation, this powerful group of peers meet in an exclusive, confidential forums around Sacramento, to have their questions answered and their answers questioned.

TOM SHARP

Tom Sharp is a seasoned entrepreneur, mentor, and leader with a passion for helping others build businesses with purpose and impact. Per reply regarding Chair Page, I prefer Tom to Thomas. Over the course of 30+ years, Thomas built and managed a thriving financial planning practice, growing a team of more than 20 and successfully completing multiple acquisitions and sales. After selling his firm in 2012, he dedicated several years to coaching other financial advisors in areas like staff development, business planning, succession, and growth strategies. In 2018, Thomas returned to practice ownership, rebuilding a firm that, by 2024, had scaled to over $1M in revenue and $110M in assets under management, serving more than 220 clients. Throughout his career, he has been a trusted advisor and coach in client acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and team leadership. His journey has not been without challenges, but Thomas has long drawn strength from his life verse, Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” That truth has guided him through seasons of growth, transition, and purpose-driven leadership. Today, as a C12 Chair, Thomas is committed to serving Christian CEOs and business owners in the Sacramento area who are committed to leading with both excellence and eternal impact. His work brings together decades of business experience, a deep love for leadership, and a faith-centered vision for transforming the marketplace. In addition to his work with C12, Thomas is actively involved with the Barnabas Group, a community of business leaders who support local Christian ministries by helping them solve strategic and operational challenges.

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
