After selling his firm in 2012, he dedicated several years to coaching other financial advisors in areas like staff development, business planning, succession, and growth strategies. In 2018, Thomas returned to practice ownership, rebuilding a firm that, by 2024, had scaled to over $1M in revenue and $110M in assets under management, serving more than 220 clients. Throughout his career, he has been a trusted advisor and coach in client acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and team leadership. His journey has not been without challenges, but Thomas has long drawn strength from his life verse, Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” That truth has guided him through seasons of growth, transition, and purpose-driven leadership.
