It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn’t have to be.

We know leaders limit their potential when they lead from isolation. But, when surrounded by trusted advisors with a common goal and a biblical worldview, they can maximize performance and energize cultures. With faith as the foundation, this powerful group of peers meet in an exclusive, confidential forums around Sacramento, to have their questions answered and their answers questioned.

TOM SHARP

Thomas Sharp developed and managed a successful financial planning practice for over 30 years. During that time, Thomas managed over 20 staff members and successfully completed several practice acquisitions and sales. In 2012, he sold his financial planning practice and shifted his focus to coaching other financial advisors in the areas of staff management, business planning, succession planning and overall growth development. In 2018, Thomas restarted his financial planning practice and by the time he sold it in 2024, he had grown revenue to over $1M and managed over $110M in assets servicing 220 clients. Thomas has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the areas of client acquisition, mergers and acquisitions and leading an effective team.  Additionally, Thomas is actively involved with the Barnabas Group which brings business leaders together to help local Christian-based ministries develop business plans and solve administrative challenges. Thomas lives in Folsom, CA (a suburb of Sacramento) with his wife Raelynn. They have three children, Kelly, Samuel and Katie and two Golden Doodles, Selah and Lucy.  Thomas’s life verse is, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”- Philippians 4:13

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
