Entrepreneur, philanthropist, speaker, and author, Simon Lee is a graduate of the University of Texas Austin (1997), Dallas Theological Seminary (2007), Harvard Business School (2015). Simon founded Buy On Purpose (www.buyonpurpose.com) in August 2004 with one specific goal: to donate 50% of the company’s profit to support Christian organizations focused on fighting human trafficking, providing clean water and adoption/foster care. Today, Buy On Purpose, a multi-million company with thirty-eight warehouse distribution centers located around the United States, offers support to 10 charities, locally and worldwide. In 2019, Buy On Purposed acquired the #5 online office supply retailer Zuma Office Supply who also donates 50% of its profit to charity. In 2022, Simon Lee launched C12 Business Forum Taiwan as the first Chair to expand C12’s reach globally. Simon is married to Faye for 18 years. Faye graduated from the University of Texas in 2000 and graduated from University of Houston Clear Lake with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. They have 2 wonderful children: Isaac 10 years old and Mariella 14 years old.

Ray serves as Associate Chair with C12 Business Forums in Taipei. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Prior to joining C12,  Ray served as GM, VP and Head of Business  in PepsiCo, Abbott, APP and Boehringer Ingelheim , responsible for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong with revenue ranging between US 100 to 200 million with over 100 employees. Under his leadership, Ray has led his team to deliver record high revenue, share and profit and develop strong local talents. Ray’s background also includes experience with GLS and HT Summit as facilitator and coach.  Throughout  Ray’s  career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the area of General Management, leadership and Sales management across consumer, retail and health industry. Additionally,  Ray  actively serves as group leader  of various non-profit organizations including 101 church. Ray  lives in Taipei  with his wife – Chris. They have 2 children, Emily and Amy. Ray’s life verse is, “Prover 16:3” – Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.

Victor Chang serves as Associate Chair with C12 Business Forums in Taipei, Taiwan. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.  While joining C12, Victor is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm, responsible for the professional and executive search business in the Greater China region. Under his leadership, the professional search business line was launched in Taiwan as well as accounts were brought in that are now considered as the company’s key clients.  Victor’s background also includes experience with software & IT engineering at IBM and TSMC in Silicon Valley, USA.  Besides technical positions he also assumed commercial roles such as procurement, sales & marketing manager for major high-tech brand & contract manufacturing companies, such as ASUS. Throughout Victor’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the areas of tech and consulting.  Additionally,  Victor actively serves on the board of non-profit organization, Family First Association. Victor lives in Taipei with his wife, Karen Sung. They have a son, Ian Chang.  Victor’s life verse is, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” – Hebrews 11:1

James Yu serves as Forum Chair with C12 Business Forums in Taipei, Taiwan. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving over 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. James has been serving as a C12 Chair since 2024 and currently serves 12 members in one CEO Forum and one Key Player Forum. Collectively, members in James’s forums generate over NT$600 Million (approximately US$20 million) in annual revenue and employ more than 250 people across Taiwan and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining C12, James served as Executive Director of Protos Bridging International, an organization dedicated to developing cross-cultural leadership and marketplace missions initiatives in Asia. He was responsible for strategic partnerships, organizational development, and leadership formation. Under his leadership, the organization launched multiple leadership programs across universities, churches, and business networks in Taiwan and North America. James is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and led multiple ventures spanning PC, networking, systems integration, telecommunications, and electrical construction. By age 36, he successfully built an electrical contracting company with over 140 employees, achieving annual revenues exceeding US$14 million. His business and consulting experience extends across industries including software development, destination services, and international trade. Throughout his career, James has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Senior Vice President in various organizations, gaining extensive experience in organizational transformation, business development, and leadership strategy. He is a sought-after coach and mentor to Christian business leaders in the areas of leadership development, governance, and spiritual formation. Currently, James is leading a new marketplace ministry initiative called the Marketplace Apostolic Center (MAC) — a church-planting movement among businesses and business leaders, designed to integrate faith, leadership, and enterprise for kingdom impact across cities. James lives in Taipei with his wife Helen. They have three adult children and two grandchildren. James’s life verse is:“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
