David Wilson serves as the CEO of Health by Design, LLP, a primary care provider that partners with employers to build and retain exceptional workforces through the delivery of high-impact medical care that inspires patients to have a passion for life with health and hope for the glory of God. Under David’s leadership, the organization established a succession plan and governance board, where none had existed, and introduced the business execution framework to establish a common language, focus action, and drive meaningful results. David encourages and supports his team to participate in opportunities for personal and professional growth, including C12, which he has been a Member of since 2019.
